It is the responsibility of all employees to keep these standards. If you are representing Tofugu in any way, these standards apply. That could be when you're working, in the office or in a coffee shop, when you're at a conference as a Tofugu representative, when you're participating in a social event with other Tofugu employees, or even when you're talking to your mom as a Tofugu employee.
