Tofugu is a harassment and discrimination free workplace for everyone, regardless of age, disability, ethnicity, gender, identity, expression, nationality, personal appearance, political affiliation, professional background, race, religion, or sexual identity or orientation.

That means we expect everyone to:

• Use welcoming and inclusive language.
• Be respectful when it comes to different viewpoints.
• Be accepting of constructive criticism and feedback.
• Give constructive feedback.
• Not use inappropriate language in a context of discrimination or in any way that is disrespectful of others' viewpoints and experiences.

Some examples of unacceptable employee behavior:

• Harassment, whether public or private.
• Use of any sexualized language or imagery and unwelcome sexual attention or advances.
• Insulting or derogatory comments.
• Discriminating comments of any kind.

It is the responsibility of all employees to keep these standards. If you are representing Tofugu in any way, these standards apply. That could be when you're working, in the office or in a coffee shop, when you're at a conference as a Tofugu representative, when you're participating in a social event with other Tofugu employees, or even when you're talking to your mom as a Tofugu employee.

If you notice someone acting inappropriately as described in the standards above, please report it to Jaered (or someone else, if Jaered's the one acting inappropriately).
