We try to do a Company Retreat once a year. So far, at least, we do them all in Japan, picking a new region each time.

Here are the eligibility guidelines:

• All employees, both part and full time, are eligible to go on the retreat. This includes those employed via an EOR.
• Contractors will be eligible if they work 60 hours a month on average. That average restarts after we get back from a retreat until the point where we need to start making reservations for hotel / airfare (approximately 4 months before the retreat).
• There may be exceptions to any and all of the above. Everything’s a guideline and not a rule.

If you’re going, we will pay for airfare, accommodation, travel, food, and activities during the retreat.
