When there aren’t pandemics, Tofugu tries to put together regular Company Retreats. So far, these have taken place somewhere in Japan, every 1.5ish years.

Currently, Core and Leadership roles are invited to company retreats, though some single focus roles may be invited to retreats on a case by case basis.
