Employees in the United States are added to our 401(k) retirement plan. There is a 4% company matching.
It can be difficult to directly provide health insurance outside the US, though some employees may be able to get some comparable insurance, depending on where they live and the role they hold, on a case-by-case basis.
The same goes for retirement plans, too. We are working to grow this out but it can be difficult or impossible to provide retirement benefits to people directly when they live outside the US.
