There are a few different role types at Tofugu. When a role is being created (or changed), the role’s category will be decided. With that comes a different set of expectations and critical competencies. When hiring, or when changing someone’s role, we look for not just the right skill and will, but also the fit and critical competencies required for each role time (as well as the role itself).
